Former Verizon employee, now a Sr. Project Engineer with Frontier Communications. She has held various positions with Verizon such as; client services representative, implementation specialist, proposal manager and project manager. She presently resides in Jackson, NJ with her husband, son and daughter.

Noreen Poole
Positive Change Via Me Board Member

Noreen Poole is a Project Manager for Verizon Communications.  She has been employed with Verizon for over 20 years.  She is responsible for overseeing that Verizon FIOS is installed in large multi-dwelling communities such as condos, townhomes and apartments.

Noreen has served on the Food Bank of Delaware Board of Directors for 6 years.  She also has served on the New Castle County Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors for 6 years. She is currently the Board President.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Delaware State University and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University.

Noreen lives in Newark, Delaware and has 2 daughters.

 

 

 

Bishop Linwood Rideout III
Positive Change Via Me Board Member

Bishop Linwood Rideout III, was born in Twin Oaks, PA on February 23, 1948, to the late Linwood, Jr. and Ruth Rideout.  He is one of eighteen children and is blessed to have two brothers and seven sisters on this side.  The family later moved to Chester, PA where he received his early education and high school diploma from the Chester Upland Shool District in 1967.

December 13, 1969, Bishop Rideout married Patricia Mosley and their union was blessed with three children, two sons and one daughter.  Forty-six years later, they now have two daughter-in-laws, one son-in-law, eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Bishop Rideout was called to ministry by God in 1975.  He joined Spencer Memorial U.A.M.E. Church under the pastoral leadership of Rev. R. B. Harding.  He attended Jamison Bible Institute in Philadelphia, PA for two years and Grace Bible College in Coatesville, PA for one year.  He then graduated from Boulden Seminary with a bachelor degree in Theology.  From 1977-1983 bishop was elevated through the UAME Conference from local preacher to traveling deacon to elder.  He has had two pastoral assignments, Mt. Pisgah, Summit Bridge, DE for 11 years and Trinity UAME Church, Media, PA for 13 years.  He is presently enrolled inAnderson baptist Seminary, where he is studying for his masters in Theology and Doctrine Pastoral counseling.

The Union Amerian Methodist Episcopal Church is a member  and former committee chair of the Pan-Methodist Commission.  He is also the President of Bench of Bishops and Senior Bishop of the UAME Conference.  His favorite bible verse is Matthew 28:20 – “Lo, I am with you always even unto the end of the world.”   Bishop Rideout is born again, loves the Lord and loves people.
